it does not cost much because its not worth much. it works. thats about all i can say for it. if you want a cheap rose that you dont plan on using much this will work for you. but if you actually plan on performing with it, i would strongly suggest invest in something better because you won't get but about ten uses out of this thing before it will fall apart like mine did.

Not the best made torch to rose I've seen. I wish I had not lost my last one. Perhaps I'll get used to this one and start to feel it more. Until then...
