Note is a powerful principle that gives great reactions. The secret although, easy to perform, is amazing as it is virtually impromptu. The DVD teaches some great methods on how to get the information needed from the audience to perform the effect. The reason why I gave note 4/5 was because of the gimmick. The tagline (DVD + Gimmick) is really misleading as what comes with the DVD is not really a gimmick but one of the supplies, saying more would reveal the trick. Anyways...a gd buy i just think more should have been supplied with the DVD.

5 stars goes towards the ease of the execution of the effect. I was so concerned about whether or not the stamp would actually work, because the "gimmick(s)" are so simple I was in disbelief. I have stamped myself and it works well. I tried to pull this trick off this morning at work. I stamped the girl, and I saw it. It looked great. Too much time had passed between the stamp and the routine,however, and she noticed some black s*** on her arm and discretely wiped it off... I was nervous because I was like "OMG she is gonna know it was me omg omg omg"... but it's super discreet.. smooth... she didn't know it was me... easy to perform.. many routines you can do with it.. Good effect.

When I recieved note I was suprised at the simplicity of the effect. I was though a little disapointed they didn't supply everything you need to do the effect. It's very easy to exicute and the first time I used it I got great reactions. I really like it alot because it has lots of possibilities. Use your imagination make it your own and this effect is worth 5 stars.

Note is a clever concept. It has a neat way of loading the chosen card{or any other info}. I normally use the chosen card because it is easier. The trick doesn't lend itself to long words or phrases. You need some practice to be sure the revelation is a clear imprint. When this trick works, you get huge reactions. Igot caught once when the person noticed the reveal on his arm before I did the trick. But overall it is a great trick.

The way it works it's awsome. The DVD quality is excellent and it covers a lot of routines. Moreover this trick give you endless possibilities. It's easy to do, and blow you audience away. Buy it now.

Alright, now when you will read my review you will probably think:" Why should I buy this when he gives it only 4 out of 5 stars". I'll get to this in just a second. Well I opened this DVD packet and I was extremely impressed with the way everything was packed, the DVD case is nice and safe, the DVD is packed very secure and the gimmick was in perfect condition. Now:
The DVD: It is crystal clear and easy to follow. Robert Smith takes you through all the necessary steps and at your pace so you can perform "Note" in no time. The gimmick, well I personally wouldn't really call it a gimmick, once you can not use it anymore ( don't worry though, you'll get at least 500 performances out of it), you go to the shops, buy it again and perform again for 500 times :). I gave it 4 stars because I just had to go and get something extra (also something you can get anywhere) so therefore I was just annoyed not to start the trick right away as I was so excited about this hahaha:). Now the performance. It is so easy, the set up is quick but once you reveal their chosen card, initial, word, shape anything on their arm, it is a kicker. They can even have it on their arm and you can perform like 4 tricks before performing "Note". I performed this trick to my sister on the same night I received it, I am not joking 5 times in a row and she was amazed every time. The tricks on the DVD taught, are amazingly cool. This trick will go a long way for me. VERY VERY VERY COOL.

This tricks need some pratice but, belive me, you will have AWESOME REACTION from your spectator !! Some people say that it look like of a Criss Angel tricks ;)

GOOD AND EASY TRICK

I don't usually write review but this trick is so goooood ... this is one of my favorite performed act ever and do it 4-5 times a day. If you're into any mentalism, this is a MUST!!!

Someone commented that they didn't know how you could call a marker a gimmick. It's the knowledge passed on the DVD that makes it great. Matt isn't even the liveliest of educators, but the information is great and very useful. There is a gimmick that is created. Even though it is created with very ordinary objects, it's something that most people would never come up with on their own. It probably took Matt a while of trial and error to come up with the right combination. The DVD is a great learning resource. Thumbs up!
