I want to tell you (warn you) that this is NOT what you think. You are buying a NAME. That's it.

Eric Jones sells the same thing for almost 10 dollars less. Walmart sells THAT for almost 20 dollars less than this. This is essentially one of those little case-smart memory card holders. That's why you are just buying a name. The product is no different.

I like the way this was made (not by Jerry). It's good because it has a belt loop holder so you can securely hold your coins. You ccan even slide some business cards into it. What I did was hold a clear plastic disc in it and wrap everything in rubberbands. With all the coins, you can perform a 30 minute stand up show.

But over all, don't buy this. Go to walmart and pick one up for a few bucks. One thing you should be warned though, is if it gets dirty, it's hard to clean and it looks messy. The leather doesn't last a very long time. But they are cheap enough that you can just get a few.

The leather from which the coin holder is made is of top quality. The whole purse zips to completely control the coins as long as you don't plan on turning the holder upside-down. All of your coins will splay all over the inside of the coin holder and I've had to resort my coins after the purse was turned over. It would be nice if the inner pockets would close with hook-and-loop closures. Roy Kueppers makes a similar product, but in my opinion it holds and protects your coins with more efficacy than the JOL. At ~$30, it should be a bit more than it is. I put my own Velcro on the internal pockets, but I prefer the RK coin protector.

The bottom seam of one of the coin pockets tore open after only a few days use. Penguin graciously sent a replacement (Thank you.). Unfortunately, the bottom seams of two of the coin pockets on the replacement tore while I was loading the purse the first time.

Kudos to Penguin's customer support and rapid response.

I can carry my Schoolcraft around without worrying to damage them. If you have a expensive set of coins, just buy it! You won't regret.
