I dont know if Tenyo ever gets a mention but up front I love the brand..there are so many collecters out there its time we came out of the wood work. Tenyo does sometimes make a bad product but in general they are ingenious and self working. Many magicians I have spoken to say that Tenyo is no good because they are made from plastic etc...but in the same breath admit if they were a little upmarket and made from wood say ...use them in their acts.
This one is simple yet effective and just because they are a packet item does not distract from their impact on an audience. I believe I have seen somewhere a magician use only Tenyo items in his acts and he is doing OK..So dont dismiss Tenyo anyone until you have seem the strength of the illusion.

Great Trick, Highly recommended. No more making gimmicks for newspaper tear.

Maybe in Japan they have news papers that are the right size for the gimmick but not in the USAUnable to use this because the folds per the instructions are for different sized newspapers then standard USA newspapers.

FIRST LET ME SAY TENYO HAS SOME REALLY GOOD TRICKS. THE ONLY INSTRUCTIONS ARE PICTURES. WRIGHTING IS IN CHINESE. USUALLY YOU GET A LINK OR THE REVEL IS ON UTUBE. BUT FOR THIS ONE THERE IS NONE. IF YOUR GOOD AT PICTURE LEARNING THEN THIS IS A FIVE, IF NOT PUT IT ON THE SHELF OF TRICKS TO LEARN. IT COMES WITH A VERY STRANGE GIMMICK THAT MAKES NO SENSE TO ME. I WISH TENYO WOULD GIVE ENGLISH LINKS. USUALLY I JUST UTUBE IT, BUT DID'NT BEFORE BUYING THIS.
ALSO THIS IS THE FIRST TRICK I REALLY DON'T LIKE. I CAN DO A TEAR AND RESTORE WITH SETUP AND SLIGHTS.

I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU BUYING THIS, UNLESS YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT WITH PICTURES AND THERE ARE A LOT.
