These are high-quality forcing dice that lend themselves to inventing a new routine or two, or freshening up an old one. I like these so much that I’m going to order a second set posthaste for a routine I have in mind, with the added advantage of having a matching “normal” pair for switching out or other uses.

If you spend a little time with them, you’ll learn a shortcut for determining which number is forced.

I use make my own forcing dice, then I got a set from here on penguin. I still have and use them for a fun game I play with folk. These however I like better because I get 5 more dice than I would normally have. These now stay in my show bag just in case and I can switch them out to force any number I want thru six. If you think this set is out of your budget penguin also sales a pair of dice for less than $10 but you only get two in that set and are not as nice as this set. I recommend spending the extra bit if you are a worker and get this setup

These are a heavily underrated prop which can be used for some
superior mentalism routines. Anything number related, you can 100% make use of these.

Strengths:
- You can really force the number 1-6. If you need to force the same number twice, you will need a second set. You can force 2 numbers at the same time, using two spectators.

- No matter what angle the spectator(s) LOOK at the dice from, they won't detect the method.

- The dice look and feel like regular dice. They are basically regular dice that don't react to magnets, metal or anything the like.

You will need to find a work around for:

- Prop handling. Your participant cannot inspect the die too closely. If you can manage them by asking them to ROLL the die instead of "examine" them, you may avoid this issue. Or, you can have the gimmick hidden amongst several ungimmicked die.

- Luck and time. This is luck based, but sometimes you won't be able to get to your force number immediately. On average, you will need to roll each die about 12 times to achieve your force number. This may seem like a lot, but if you present the effect over a "slow burn" presentation, you will have more impact than using magnetic die.


Summary:

Worth the price point and worth holding onto. You cannot find another "set" like this one. Even if you don't use them immediately, you will eventually think of a very smart application for them.

I thought it will be a different method from the known method (which many laymen are also familiar with). Unfortunately the exact same method as usual. Personally i think its overpriced for what you get. Very annoying.
