Tony Griffith is truly gifted when it comes to routines and presentations. In An Invitation to Mystery, Tony shares some of his greatest effects and routines. Some very deceiving card magic is explained in detail.

Keep in mind, these are far from knuckle busting effects -- as a matter of fact, they are very easy to learn and perform. Yet, they are extremely deceiving. No matter whether you are looking for close-up or stand-up, An Invitation to Mystery has something for you.

You will also find a healthy dose of Mentalism within these pages. A book not to be overlooked.

This relatively thin book has a few good routines in it. The three-phase rope routine is good, and can be learned at any phase and still works. There are a couple of good card tricks in here as well. The problem is that after reading through it once, I didn't have any effect that stood out as something I had to immediately learn. It seemed like a lot of good stuff, but nothing that was incredibly great and compelling. But if you are looking for a good rope and ring routine, this one is a very entertaining 5 minutes.
