Your helper is handed a deck filled with simple instruction cards. They freely select a card, lose it back in the deck, then shuffle and cut to mix it thoroughly. After shuffling and dealing out some cards, they come across an instruction card. They do as it says until they find another, and another, and more. Somehow, they manage to impossibly locate their own selection-despite the process seeming completely fair. And as if that weren't enough, the final kicker is revealed: along with their chosen card, they've also uncovered its three perfect mates.
