EFFECT:

A briefcase is opened and shown to be empty. It's then closed, turned upside down, opened again and a bowling ball drops out of the case.

ALTERNATIVE EFFECT

A briefcase is placed on a table and shown to be empty. A bowling ball or a bowl of live goldfish can then be produced from the case.

Pros: As a opener this prop rock. Hand made,
well made.

Very strong impact and versatible.

Cons: If you wanna use a bowling ball you
must find a 6 pounds one to make the
handling workable.

Working angles are tight but it't all
in the timing and body position, also
where you'll be on stage.

I have been using the bowling ball production professionally for over 10 years in my act. I have tested several and had a custom one which is now retired. While in the process of making my own I saw this great deal on Penguin. Did some research on it and went for it. The price of this custom case is as much as a new UN-gimmicked one. It’s a no-brainer. OUTSTANDING quality & some added features I’ve never seen before (display of interior of case) Penguin customer service was outstanding and they shipped it free of charge within a week. Highly recommended!
