I bought this book on a recommendation from a friend on a magic message board. At first I was skeptical since the book costs a fair bit and is a collection of several [older] books. However, I could not have been more wrong! These books are definitely classics of magic, containing some of the best card effects I’ve ever seen. You will find many, many useable items in here whether you are a beginner or an advanced magician. The author, Harry Lorayne, is one of the most respected magic teachers in the world, and his prose (with pictures) couldn’t be easier to follow. My only regret is that I didn’t get this book sooner.
