I ordered these cards because I had tried a friend's deck. His were bridge size and handled beautifully. However, since I've always done manipulation with poker size cards, I ordered these on the assumption that only the size would differ. Untrue. They are still called MURPHY'S but they are not at all alike. They are limp, fan in clumps, and lack any spring, an essential quality for many sleights. The original MURPHY'S cards did not need fanning powder; these have a small paper insert that says to use powder if you plan to do any fans.
