Both of the videos mentioned above are good references, and conveniently found on this website.

If you don't mind reading, there's a large wealth of knowledge out there in books that you'll NEVER find in DVDs today.

Bob Cassidy has a list of 39 books that he recommends to beginners in mentalism, one of which is "Red Hot Cold Reading". ANCIENT book, and owning a physical copy gets expensive, but I personally have found a free PDF that didn't require a download, you can always start from there, and then there's a million different books on the topic that mentalists and cold readers will recommend. You will have to put in time to actually study the knowledge, but I figure highly recommended books will help you build a very strong foundation.
