Is the "Ball Vase Royal" the ball & vase made by Magic Makers and designed by Rob Stiff?

Is the "Ball Vase Royal"($1.95) the ball & vase made by Magic Makers and designed by Rob Stiff? That is, is it the type that allows you to "lock" the shell in the cap so the spectator can lift the cap by its top to see that the ball is gone.
