Is the ink on the spactator's skin erasable? or does it stay on the skin when the spectator touches it?

Depends on the ink.
Even when dry, as with most inks, it can be removed without much effort e.g rubbing.
Think of a felt tip pen...
In other words, it's not permanent like a tattoo.
