I'll start off by saying, it wasnt "great", but wasnt "bad" either. Very shocked and disappointed at the method. All I can say, is it was nothing really "new". Now on to the not so bad parts. I love hearing Luke's philosophies and way of thinking. It was almost like having a mini-lecture on this DVD, which I very much enjoyed. Ill give it a thumbs up, only because there's no "in between" rating available.

I cringe when i here you say "nothing really new" new methods should not be your goal, stop chasing the new stuff and look at the golden methods that are tried, proven sure fire and learn what you can do with them. the fact that you know methods but cant figure out what to do with them is the real issue. His methods go back to the golden ages, they will never go away.
