I have several different linking rings, and this one is really fun! I also wanted to see how they were made. I think it would be really fun to have some miniature rings, or even some without the perforated lines so it looks more like just taking a few pieces of tissue and creating a linking ring. They gave me much to think about.

The trick works much better by ditching the fused set of rings and substituting another set of linking rings. The audience eyes seeem to be fixed on the magicians assistants here and not the magician. The linked rings allow the assistants to fiddle more trying to seperate the rings whilst the magician just waits before seperating his leaving the assistants still thinking there must be a way to seperate the rings. The fused set of rings lacks assistant and audience interest quickly.
