If you like card magic, than you have to like color changes. This dvd is great. Variety of moves. You will find something you like. Also for a variety of skill levels.

i am an experienced card magician and i was suprised, when i got this as a gift. while most of the moves i had mastered and used occasionally, there are new changes i had never even heard of! the winter change is one of my favorites and i try to use it at much as possible. it is a great resource dvd
If you want to learn to make playing cards change colors and want to blow people away this is an excellent resource. I have had a lot of fun with the moves in this DVD. They will also hlep make you a much better card manipulator and give you one more powerful weapon in your arsinal of card effects.

This DVD was just ok for me. It looked like a promising DVD on color changes, but it turned out to be a so-so DVD with effects that, for the most part, I already knew or had seen before on better-made DVD's or books. That said, if you are new to card magic and want a good resource on color changes, this would be an excellent DVD to purchase. The effects are fantastic and taught well, and its a pretty good DVD in terms of presentation. But if you are "in-the-know" with card magic to some degree, you may find yourself a little disappointed, especially if you have already seen previous DVD's or books on the subject.

This is a great DVD to add to your collection. I know for myself that I only regularly perform maybe 5 color changes and yet I have "Color Changes" and "Hotshot Color changes" - 3 DVDs and mountains of material - what gives? The truth of the matter is that Color Changes is like an encyclopedia and it has answers to all the color changing questions. Whether you end up having to instantly use all the information is doubtful (I have never looked up armadillo in my encyclopedia but I know that there is an entry for that).
The bottom line is this, there is a wealth of knowledge in this DVD about color changes that, simply for knowledge sake, is worth having. Whether you use every color change straight away is doubtful but you will definitely benefit from knowing how to a wide range of color changes.
Jay is a great teacher and, like Oz, is sincere in his approach and methodical in the way he breaks the changes into component moves.
