I have a number of "book tests" and they are either too
bulky to carry or have to reset or only has one force. Game night is not like those others. The book can fit into your back pocket. You can do this in a walk-around gig and not be concerned that the spectators results be the same. You can get all the spectators to help act out the Theme or you can just get right into it and reveal their choice. There are (3) three effects in this one book. It's pricey, I know, but for the pro it's a MUST GO!

This book is top notch quality , well made , just like any other svenpad product. Fun to do. I would probably use this in a tossed out book test routine.
The instructions are very clear and suggest a 3 phase routine. My only very minor concern is i wouldn’t do the 3 phase routine, at least not in the order suggested. There is a slight chance that the spectator might get the same thing in a previous phase. And With the word test, if its just pick a big word, that’s fine. But if i have to tell someone to pick a word only from a certain part of the paragraph, it doesn’t seem as free and one person kept confusing last line with last sentence.
But overall, use your imagination and you can come up with routines and ways to use this book.

This is an excellent, well thought out routine and prop. Although it is a mentalism effect, I think it is a great routine that should be a tremendous effect for any close up or strolling magician. Its colorful,very well made and works perfectly. Well done!

I won a free copy via a contest on the Svenpad Owners FB group. The book is really deceptive and well made. It naturally lends itself to a logical motivation for performing a book test. A lot of attention has been paid to details and it shows. Highly recommend it!

Booktests have been a staple of my stage show for years. I love the visceral response they elicit from the audience. Recently, I've shifted more of my focus to developing a walk-around mentalism set and have been wanting to incorporate a powerful booktest into the mix. But carrying around a MOAB or other stage-sized booktest in a walk-around situation isn't practical.

Enter Game Night. It fits conveniently in your jacket pocket, it's fun, people can identify with its premise (charades, media, etc.), very reasonably priced, beautifully designed, thorough instructions and videos, and there are multiple types of revelations. Of course, it can also be incorporated in a stage show as well. Yeah, pretty much perfect.

All the qualities you come to expect from anything Brett Barry produces.

I have had Game Night for a while, and I always bring it with me where there may be a need for a demonstration of what I do.

I have started using Game Night in my strolling gigs and can't say enough great things about this awesome prop. Game Night empowers a lot of spectator interactivity whether you're one-on-one or working with a group. You can work numerous routines with multiple phases if desired with plenty of interplay. I am a huge fam of MOABT but Game Night is a perfect upgrade as its size easily fits any pocket.

I love book tests and own several. What I like about this one is that it doesn't "look" like a book test. It looks and feels like something you get off those bargain bookstores in some malls and airport kiosks. Multi phase effects are always what I love doing and this has it built in. Not really done constructing my final routine yet but that just shows you how versatile this is.

Highly recommended.
