I regularly seek out old books because a) I'm cheap and you can often find old books for free on the internet archive, and b) the best tricks are in old books. This was one of those rare instances where I read about it, and couldn't find it in the archive, and all the magic shops I checked were either sold out, or charging twice as much. Having purchased it and browsed it's selection of bizarre offerings, I would willingly pay three times as much if I had to buy it again.

This is honestly a great book!!! It has many effects like eating glass, fire, razor blades and thats just the beginning!!! Not all of the effect are scary, there are cards to mentalism to coins to rope. This is a BIG book, and there is so much history of the time. There is alot of stuff you won't use because of methods, but you could still find inspiration to create your own effects.

if you are willing to take risks this is the book! a lot of the routines arent magic "tricks" but actual demonstrations. if youre brave enough to try it, you NEED this! i think its strengths are the yoga-maya and jadoo sections but there are hundreds of other effects by some of magics best thinkers in these pages. this a big book that will take a long time to get through, it really is a wealth of knowledge.

This book was really worth getting. There is a lot of good material in it, but there are some very dangerous effects also. I love having this book in my library collection.

Bizzare magic takes a new turn and it has so much material, some of you might not be able to do but the knowledge you get is priceless. Originally being from India and having this book with me when I had been buying magic from Sam's company makes me feel privileged
