Pros: Love the precision of the main part and the premise of the trick essentially an homage to the
worlds largest magic trick as the smallest magic trick so I see great potential
Cons: I
don't like the Sneaky Bandit. For my hands it's a bit hard to hold onto and it often "talks" during
the magic moment. I would have preferred if it had been paired with a Silent Assistant which is what
I currently use it with
Bottom Line: Great trick but I preferred something else to do the
dirty work

Although I knew exactly how this trick was done before I bought it, it’s still a great illusion for
fooling laymen. Four items are included with the package: a standard 2001 NY state quarter, a
special gimmick, the “Sneaky Bandit” utility and another useful utility object that can be used for
many other tricks. Roy Kueppers’ craftsmanship is excellent. Overall this provides a decent value
for the price, especially since the Sneaky Bandit alternative that Magick Balay uses in the
instruction/demo costs about $50 on its own.
Some minor sleight of hand moves are required,
especially if you want to let the audience examine the coin after each transformation, but they are
basic moves that every coin magician should know and have already mastered. My only real complaint
is that the Sneaky Bandit can “talk” so the performer will need to be in either a relatively noisy
environment or talk loudly enough to distract from the noise. Instructions are short but are more
than sufficient. I highly recommend this both for beginning coin magicians as it provides a couple
of tools that are useful for other tricks and for experienced coin handlers who want a fun EDC trick
that’s a little different, looks great and has a fun story.

Magik Balay is one hell of pitchman! I bought this really to support him thinking it was his
project, and I thought I had a gig lined up for a kid who recently saw Copperfield in Vegas. The Gig
fell through as it was unconfirmed but thought at the very least I'd have replacement gimmick for my
imagination coins that I recently lost.
Was pretty sure the gimmick but I thought the utility
for the kit would have been way nicer ala the raven.
Guess Kueppers had to pay Copperfield for
that quote cause this thing is by far the most overpriced gimmick I've bought from him. I'd guess
the entire gimmicks cost less than two bucks to produce. You'll want to buy a better utility as soon
as possible. You may have it if you're into pk work.
In hindsight knowing what it is I wouldn't
pay more than $40 for it on an auction sight (which is where I bought it).
I wanted to give this
two stars based on price but figure the premise bumps it up to a mid level rating. It'll keep you
and your pockets busy I guess

Everything needed to perform the magic is included and a real magic piece that fools many. Roy's
magic items are Always first class.
