Guys! This is one of the best DVDs I have watched. This thing is literally leaking creativity. Jeff has really outdone himself on this one. The DVD comes with a bag of gimmicks which are supplies to make the effects. One thing you need to know is that this needs a bit of time to construct each effect. It is a bit of an arts and crafts project. But trust me, it is so worth it.

I made up the Containmint gimmick (changing Tic Tacs) and it is genius. This is really cool because the Tic Tacs are really moving inside of the case. The handling is simple and really easy, however you can adapt the handling to make it more challenging and visual. The gimmick is pretty sturdy but will require you to make a new one due to wear and tear.

Another great one was Flavourless. This was a chewed and restored chewing gum effect, that is hyper-visual. The method is very doable and you most likely have the supplies to make this at home already, the gimmick will last you forever and can be in your wallet or bag all day. The restored gum can be given to the spectator to eat or examine. Really cool.

Clasped is a ring flight effect. When I first saw the method, I thought it wouldn't be practical. But as soon as I mad it up, this thing works! I am going to wear this thing every day! The routine is so easy and a killer. Easily worth the price of the DVD.

There were a few lighter effects which I cannot comment on due to the fact I cannot buy lighters because I am under 18. However, you receive supplies to make these effects and they are very clever.

I really enjoyed the bonus effect Strawsome where a drink visually changes whilst inside a straw. The method allows you to end clean and there are no gimmicks. Minor set up, but so worth it. Another ring flight is taught except the ring ends up on the headphones. The vanish is really nice and I will be using it.

Finally, there is a fifteen minute creative session where Jeff gives you advice and ideas for creating your own magic. He has a really great theory when it comes to creating magic. Taught is a version of the stiff rope using Apple earphones.

Overall, guys, just get this! If not for the effects, the theory and talk on creativity is worth every cent. The DVD is well shot and everything is taught really well so you are confident to start performing right away. Well done Jeff, this is a winner!

I finished watching it just under a week ago, and I've already incorporated one of the routines into my walk-around set (Clasped).

I have to say, the demo and description don't really say enough about how good this material is; I was really, really impressed by the originality on this one. It's refreshing to finally see a DVD that has material that is ready for (as I have been!) performing in the real world. Every trick was good, but the stand-outs for me were:


Clasped, which is a ring to necklace. Out of the literally thousands of methods I've seen this year, I'd have to say the method for this one easily is within my top five favorites.

Strawesome, which is a neat thing with a straw when you're at a restaurant. It's situational, but if you know about my magic, you know how much that appeals to me.

The Creativity Session, which was a 15 minute talk on creativity. It was really neat to see Jeff's process, as he constantly impresses me with his material. I definitely wouldn't have the guts to talk about my process and share unfinished ideas on DVD, so my hat is off to Jeff for doing it (and for it being helpful!)


I plan to perform more off this DVD when I get the chance, for sure. It's some truly original, performable stuff that I definitely recommend.

A walk around set needs 4-5 routines, this is half of a phenomenal walk around set for very cheap

amazing concepts very very very very very clever when I got it I was shocked easy to perform do it anywhere carry the gimmicks everywhere you go that's all I can say wow!

Everything about this is amazing.

Almost all of these effects you could use as "workers".

I think the standout will be the ring flight, then the tic tacs and lastly fuel.

Everybody is going to be using fuel, no doubt. The amount of gimmicks (not only for fuel btw) that you get with this is actually really impressive!

If you buy this, you are GUARANTEED to perform at least 2 effects off of here. I'm going to use the tic tacs, strawesome and fuel.

Going to try out the ring flight, it's the cheap man's version of Closure, and what it should have been

This is a confused review, I know, but it gets my highest recommendation, and these are solid effects that are much better than you think .

i got this as a gift and i was excited so you get gimmicks for two tricks and you have to make the others i wouldn't complain but they are kinda complicated but the two tricks that come with gimmicks i fool people with daily... so if you buy this be aware that some of the gimmicks are not included

After receiving this in the mail I was pretty excited to see what I could do with all the stuff. After watching the video I instantly started having ideas of my own. This is a great dvd to buy, and the effects are amazing. I highly suggest this to any magician wanting to do some more close up magic, and even a little bit of impromptu if the spectator has the right type of lighter.

... Lets start with Jeff itself. All he have is good products in the market and this one is no exception. He's so inspiring, the methods behind his tricks make you smile.

My favorite one is FUEL! So, so good!! So visual, organic, clean and doesn't take space in my pockets. My second favorite one is FLAVORLESS! This one is perfect to start a gum routine and is perfect for any situation because it looks impromptu andddd I can't forget the last 15 min of the dvd! It will help you to create magic and he teach you a cool trick with headphones... yuupp you NEED this!!! Only $25? Really Jeff?

Jeff Prace always surprises me with his ingenuity. His youth brings his ideas from the things around him and his friends (as it should be for all of us!)

FLAVORLESS - Is clever, but mostly just as a quick trick when hanging with friends. Nothing wrong of that, but not something I'd do it table hopping or strolling.

CONTAINMENT - Good if something else to tie to the effect. Like as "flavorless" it works great as just hanging with friends and share some mints.

CLASPED - This Ring to Necklace is probably the cleanest, cheapest answer for the effect. Great strolling, but work your angles. can't have anyone behind you.

FUEL - These bic lighter effects are the star for this DVD and the gimmicks are good. Multiple gimmicks included, even though durable. Easy to carry with you and ready to wow your group.

The Bonus Section on creativity is very good and will inspire just about anyone to make your magic better!
