An amazing card routine based around the tale of a prison escape. First a card is chosen at random and signed. The card (criminal) is then put into the card box (prison) and with no sleight of hand the card disappears from the box. The card is then found by two jacks ( Police officers) among the other cards.

The trick is very visual and enticing!

This trick is a very nice and elegant card trick, it is visual but the magic and the effect happen at different times making this a homage to old school card tricks. at least in my opinion this is what it is. The trick has a nicely constructed story and every move is justified. I highly recommend picking this one up.

I enjoy this illusion because it uses some basic card sleights
that we should all be learning/practicing if we want to be half-decent in any card tricks. Simple to execute and the effect is perfect. Thanks for sharing.

The description says it can be done with a borrowed deck, which sounds like it is impromptu and does not use a gimmick. It could be done with a borrowed deck, but you would need to sneak in a gimmick.
