The trick itself is nothing special, but I don't see why people need to be rude about it. For it being free, it's not too bad. With the right banter and commentary, this has the potential to be a decent trick.

This easy trick should only work on children or distracted teens/adults but, if you have a child of your own who likes mentalism, I would certainly teach that trick to him or her.

This trick is easily figured out but will fool laypersons if you use your own gum package and don't give it out for inspection.
