I saw Nick perform this effect at Magic Live in August, and it didn't blow me away at first. Right after he performed it for me, he did it for another spectator while I was standing by. After seeing it done a second time, I bought it immediately.

Touch is very easy to perform, and has served me very well since I purchased it. It now has a special place in my kit, and I perform it all the time.

I purchased this product at the Dallas, Texas Live Event on 10/15/2017. Nick Locapo demonstrated the routine and then explained its workings. Comes with a red Rider Back Bicycle deck of cards and a nice green box with a link to the explanation. Very nice - deck cannot be used with other card tricks not associated with Touch.

This trick is a very good one! It looks impressive and impossible. Sadly no intimate inspection is allowed on the deck. So pros:
-great trick and presentation

Cons:
-They shouldn't hold the deck
-and you have to bring an extra deck around just for this trick

The final move takes a bit if finesse, but well within the skill set of anyone. Positive reviews are well deserved on this one. Get it!

He really does a fantastic job of showing you the handling and performing with lots of goodies thrown in.

Paul Curry is most famous for effects like "Out of This World", "The Open Prediction", and "The Sliding Knot", all of which may be found in his book, "Worlds Beyond". "Touch" is another effect included in the aforementioned tome. A brilliantly simple method, (as many of his creations were) and, like all of his creations, the impact of the effect far outweighs the method, allowing for concentration on presentation.
Nick Locapo, in this product marketed by Penguin Magic, provides not only Curry's original method, but several other variations and methods, true to the original concept and method. In essence, you receive at least three more effects for the price you're paying for one!
In his usual succinct manner of presentation, Nick simplifies everything for us, explaining in detail the effects, methods, and variations on the original, basic effect. His presentation of the various effects in "real world" circumstances (ie-an actual audience of two lay-persons) are both intriguing and entertaining. Even the preparation of the marker is included, which I've found to be superior to other methods...thanks for that, Nick!
Besides the trademark Penguin Magic crystal-clear video and audio, specific information is provided on what else needs to be bought in order to make up the other effects, although the supplied deck is more than sufficient to accomplish one of the effects. A minimal amount of work must be done on the supplied deck, but no doubt the purchaser will appreciate that because of this, they're given a choice of presentation.
All-in-all, highly recommended and great value for your dollar! I have made up three versions of "Touch", and have begun to use one version in my close-up, walkaround act, as well as another version for stage involving two glass goblets!

Nick showed me this at Genii this year and as much as I didn't want to admit, it totally fooled me. The download covers several variations on how to perform this effect, and as always Nick's teaching is superb! What's great is once you perform the effect, it resets. So for the table hopping magician, like myself, this will go straight into your set! Highly recommended

An old principle. A stage version was called Ultissimo and was sold by Owens Magic Supreme and by Stevenson's Magic. It is good for walk around as well as virtual magic. I recommend it strongly. L Lessner
