Really a great concept and very well made--just did not function as described in the tutorial. The
tutorial kept assuring that when the "Eyephone" is laid flat, you can glimpse the spectator's
message, but not so, at least with the "Eyephone" I received. I had to tilt the "Eyephone" at
different angles to try and view the image to acquire the glimpse of the image. This is
unsatisfactory in order to perform this effect. I am very disappointed. I am returning the
"Eyephone" as it is unuseable for the effect it was created. As I mentioned, it is a great concept,
appearance of the gimmick "Eyephone" is well made--it just does not perform as described in the
tutorial. The energy of Mark Mason sells the "Eyephone", not the product itself.

I bought this at fantasm magic. Just before magic live. Paid full price. But didn’t realize that the
screen had an oil stain on it. I read others had this issue on another well known magic forum.
When I mentioned this to the demonstrator at Fantasm who was present at the sell he said to
contact the manufacturer. I try to support brick and mortar as much as possible, but what a bummer
shoulda went with penguin on such an expensive prop.
For the price the oil stain (now a good
portion of the screen) should not have been an issue at the shop or on the web. I was hopping this
would work like a thought transmitter wallet from the old days. It doesn’t.
I feel there are
other peek methods that are better in performance and won’t be dated as soon, i.e. pads of paper on
Also this came with a list of ideas, which I suppose are additional gimmicks I need
to purchase and that the one routine that was provided was hella weak, and subtleties were completely
ignored. I feel that there should have been so much more included in regards to instruction. Even
with just the contacts routine included just getting the spectators to put the prediction in
correctly wasn’t covered well enough.
If Mark mason and his co creators replace my oil stained
screen unit I may give it three stars as a middle of the road effect but hundred bucks is an
expensive trip down the middle of the road for now I am less than satisfied with my ticket to ride.

My only issues are that it’s already dated(not too bad) but my biggest issue is that for $99, it
should’ve come with a gimmicked case to justify the credit card holder on the back. I’ve searched
amazon for cheap silicon cases and will be ordering one and cut out the back to make it look more
natural as I’ve never seen “just” a credit card case attached to a phone without a case as support.
Other than that...GENIUS!!!

This review is without a performance under my belt with this damndest smartest cleverest phone I
could have dreamed of. It does have a protective cover over the screen; don't panic your screen is
not scratched and your $100 is gonna be worth it. Works as promised with a 180 degree angle proof
performance ability. I purchased this with Paul Harris's Deep 3 in mind and I know this effect has
had tremendous impact for me and eye phone is going to strengthen this a lot more! Tremendous tool.
Proud to own this one.

Not recomend at all... The Phone is poorly made, not realistic. The peek is not clear. The packaging
is teally bad. I bought it in Open Box (luckily) and i NEVER pay 100 dollars for this. 20 dollars,
no more, is a good price for what you receive.
, strong gimmick I do not go out of the house without this gimmick I have to learn the angle of view
required for every mentalist, bought gimmicks gold frame shield plus another plastic shield makes
the phone white suitable for my iPhone
This by far is the best peek device ever. Great quality product, excellent instructions and alot of
different routines. I have done this twice and both people were like ??? How? Gets awesome reactions
and is probably one of my favorites ever! :)
Great!!!! I carry it everywhere. Even if you have a bad memory, the information is staring you right
in the face. The hard part is not looking at the IPhone and making it obvious.
I love this but I had to rebuild it with a leather card holder that I also bought for my real
iPhone. Now they look identical. So deceptive, I fool myself when it rings :)
