These cards doesn't match the regular NOC cards, so everybody see it's a card not from this deck at all.
And also no teaching video which is mentioned in the description

Penguin: Would you care to comment? I was looking to purchase this deck, but if it looks different than the Pure NOC Black cards, I’m going to have to take a pass.
