Hi,
I was not expecting superior quality from the standard version of he product, but my Box has 2 manufacturing problems, which I consider as serious.

First, chains are a little bit short, so when the box is located on a horizontal flat surface, it's cover doesn't remain open and falls by itself.

Second, one of two enclosed cards has a piece of sand or mote between layers, causing a perceptible bump on the card. When such a card is in the middle of desk, it is causing a huge suspicious break.

I had contacted Mr. Joao two weeks ago, February 18 and sent photo and video of these defects.

Till now, I have no solution.
