It took me about a day to do, but I went through the Instructional portion of the video and took lots of screenshots, then wrote out step by step what he did. I now have 48 page document with more than 90 pictures to learn from. Portions are very similar to Ken Brooke routine. I just have to add script to the few extra deviations from the Brooke routine.
