The fun part of this video, other videos from Joe and others from Penguin is that I'm amused and
amazed while watching myself do rubber band tricks.
This move involves some misdirection
and angles, but bands aren't that obvious. I have Rainbow bands and Legend bands from Joe. The
Legends come in muted colors. Worth having both.
Get Elastrix. One tiny drop will coat 20
bands. Needed for tricks where bands rub against each other.

Do you need special elastic’s or can any of them do ?
You can use regular bands but i do recomend to get joe's band because the expand better and they wont break as easily as a matter of fact i got the white and black bands none of them have broken yet i had this for over a year.
One move has you twist and stretch the band quite far. In the video the band loop looks normal in size. The Elastrix lubricant (oil or silicon or magic liquid) helps the long stretch with the twist, and lessens the chance of breaking. If you try it, you’ll see why I’m recommending it as a “must have”.
Or try silicon from the hardware store or mineral oil. Not sure what is bad for rubber bands.
