I recently reviewed this item very postively..but after a few months it is just not working at all.and as other reviews stated .there are no instructions for repairs..feel cheated..😢

You need to contact joaomiranda.com and he or his staff can help you. When my fan stopped, I contacted them and they helped me out and it's been running for the last 4 months with NO ISSUES.
