Magic Tricks

When this was first delivered, it didn't work. I pushed the button and got only one note, over and over. I got on the chat and was told to make a video recording of the device, so I did. I was then told that I would hear back from Penguin. I never did. I was all set to package it up and mail it in for a refund, when I decided to follow the manufacturer's advice... replace the batteries. I bought some new batteries, put them in and now the device works like a charm. So I'm giving the item 4 stars because I had to figure this out on my own- no help from Penguin. But the device itself is wonderful and will make a great interlude with any trick that uses glasses. Before you do the trick, play Happy Birthday to someone in the audience who is having, or about to have, or who just had a birthday or knows someone who is. There's always someone! The other pieces it can play are too short and end abruptly, but Happy B-Day is good for all occasions.
