A great new way to do oil and water with no sleight of hand. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars
is that the switching of center card, though necessary, seems a little suspect. Otherwise, it's
great.

I would like to give a suggestion about this center change.
You can put something in you presentation, as a magic powder for example. When is the time to do the center change, you can get an imaginary magic powder and put it in the cards of the fans. After that, you could say that the center card always get more magic powder and, as you don´t know which fan got more magic powder, you will ask the two espectators to change their center cards, only to be fair.
Another presentation is similar to the last one but doesn´t use magic powders. You can say that the more magic card is the card that is placed in the center of the deck. So, you ask for the 2 cards and make some gags, while you do a exchange (a top change for example) and give the cards changed to the espectators.
These are only 2 ideas that can help you improve the presentation, because this trick is really EZ to perform :) !
