Great Effect; Easy Method; Bad Video Report this review

The effect is great (as you know if you watched the sales video). And the method isn't difficult. But the video presentation is way too slow and digressive.

Taught straight, it wouldn't take more than ten minutes to learn the method. But the first part of the video is presented as one long 35 minute shot with no edits. As he's teaching the method, Justin digresses into his additional thoughts about presentation and magic in general. And I'm all for giving credit to other magicians where credit is due, but he does it throughout the teaching, and also is sometimes confused about who to credit with particular moves, and contradicts himself.

None of the material is irrelevant, but most of it is irrelevant IN THE MOMENT. Justin, please teach the method and THEN digress, or if you can't teach that way, then edit the single shot into two sections - the first where you simply teach the method and the second where you give your additional thoughts and provide credit to other magicians. As is, it's very tedious to watch.

Agreed Great effect but erratic disjointed explanation extremely difficult to follow if it weren't for the promo putting the fragmented pieces of the puzzle together is a mission to comprehend the tutorial explanation as a whole (Acehole)Yes the tutorial should be done over once again ! Justin please!
