To make these effects look good, you really have to be prepared to put in alot of practice. They are also quite angle sensitive. Not for me.

Did you really take away 2 stars because it takes practice? I see this more and more and cannot understand why you want to do magic and not do the work. Get a svengali deck or a coin on a string. Do the work. You will find the best tricks take a lot of practice (mostly) and you will have something you will be proud to perform. Just my honest opinion. : )

Keep at it, man. Don’t put a timeline on it if you don’t have to. Just keep practicing and before you know it, you’ll be performing it without issues!
