I got this from Will years ago at one of his lectures. Still part of my arsenal to this day. The core concept behind the effect is so diabolical and has so many other applications behind this effect. Highly recommended

How difficult is the gimmick to make and do you need several items to make it?

You can easily make the gimmick in a few minutes. It will last as long as your deck lasts.
