Title slightly misleading:It is an "Any card at A value" tric rather then "at any value"
The
tric makes ingeniously use of a principle also used in other Joseph B. trics.
The basic tric can
also be adapted in a number of ways e.g. rather then choosing a card out off a deck,one can also
imagine any card and then proceed.
Conclusion:Joseph B. has produced again a very good and
entertaining tric which is not difficult to do and makes use of a normal deck of cards
