YOU HAVE TO JUMP OVER HOOPS TO GET INSTRUCTIONS, THIS WAS THE MOST AGURVATING WAY AND DAVID DOES NOT GO OVER ENOUGH, AHE GIVES A QUICK WAY IF I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE LIKE THIS I WOULD OF PASS, NO MORE TRICKS FROM GERMANY.

Card Shark has always handled their link to instructions this way. They have been doing this for over 20 years. It is very easy, you get immediate response, and you have lifetime access to their website where the instructions are kept. I have never had a problem with this. The complaints sound exaggerated to me.
