Magic Tricks

This app was a real bust for me. After installing the app on my iPhone and iPad as per the supplied instructions this app did not function as described in the overly long instructional video. After spending hours and hours watching the video over and over again I could not get the app to work as described. I sent an email with my concerns to Greg at the email he includes with the product. He sent me a response offering to help me if I could contact him and he offered two methods to contact him, both of which I am unable to do. I gave him my cell phone number and asked him to call me (I explained that I know how to and am able to speak on the phone).

After not hearing from Greg I contacted him again at the supplied email address explaining that I was still experiencing problems. Again no response from Greg.

I contacted Penguin Magic through the chat window on their website and it was suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it would work.

I did so three times over a one week period always with the same result. The app would not work as it was supposed to.

I sent an email to the support address for Penguin Magic and attached the latest email that I had sent to Greg.

Today, after not receiving any response from either Greg or Penguin Magic I contacted Penguin through the chat window.

Much to Penguin’s credit they resolved my problem to my 100% satisfaction.

I cannot say the same for Greg and Rostami Magic.

Perhaps the problem was with my limited “tech” savvy and my inability to decipher the incongruent overly lengthy instructional video.

If so I should have been able to get the problem resolved by the customer support department of Rostami Magic. That was not the case.

Bottom line, I will not be using this or any other app offered by Rostami Magic.
