Great Utility Report this review

Firstly, i have used switcharoo for a few years now and no one else has this and it kills. So from a selfish point of view i wish they had not brought this new version out and i had this all to myself.

The new version is not that much different in operation but is slimmer at the bottom. It is a great utility and i have a couple of routines where i use this on the offbeat and fry my spectators.

Pick and choose where you use this as if it is obvious there has been a switch they will suspect something. All in all though this is golden and i will be using the new version going forward.

Do we need to wear a shirt or jacket with a front pocket in order to perform this switch?
Follow up question: if not, are the other options just as convincing and innocent appearing as shown in the promo video?

Jacket is definitely better and thats what i wear. There is actually a rim around the unit on the new version which i have removed with a hacksaw and sandpaper which makes this much smaller and i think would be ok in a shirt.

The rim on the new version is not needed.

I watched a video with Mark Mason talking about the original switch a roo and he mentioned you could switch out coins. Can you switch out coins with the updated version?

No not a chance. The downside is the bottom is open and basically the card is held by a thin thread. You have to make sure the thread is central before you start otherwise sometimes it does not engage. You did not have this with the original version. No way could you put a coin in this as it would just fall through.

I imagine, if you had the coins in a small envelope, you could switch them out that way.
