I gave this blindfold two stars instead of just one because the material is aesthetically appealing
and it fits my face decently enough. You won’t be able to see much with this blindfold. The
available field of vision it provides is extremely limited, compared to another blindfold I have.
You can only allow the spectators to attempt to see through one side of it and you cannot allow them
to touch or inspect the blindfold. You must hold the blindfold a certain way if you want to ‘prove’
it is real to your spectator, and you must maintain 100% control of it when doing so. To ‘prove’
it, you cannot have the strap adjusted to your size, so you will also have to adjust the buckle on
the strap during performance. For some, that could be a speed bump in your performance, or may even
appear you’re trying to make adjustments to the blindfold. This is minor, but I find it to be a
drawback. I have another blindfold which cost half what this one does, that I can casually,
dismissively, hand to my spectator to tell them to look through it - both sides - and confirm it’s a
real blindfold, and the amount of vision I have with it is pretty good. For what they are charging
for this blindfold at the time I’m writing this review, it is not a good value. You must control and
limit any “inspection” your spectator gives this blindfold, you must adjust it to size during
performance, and your available field of vision is very, very limited. This is useless to me. It got
shoved into a drawer the day after it arrived, after trying it just once. Money forever gone and
wasted.
