While the positive comments are plentiful (best blade shape, best effect, great quality, etc.) there is just something lacking.

I have had to modify mine to make it quieter, cut and reposition the “tube”, and find a smaller “bulb”. Plus, there was actually a sharp burr on the blade which I had to sand down for safety purposes.

Don’t buy this expecting to use it straight out of the box. This 100% needs modification, oiling, padding and likely replacing the fluid mechanism to get it to suit you.

This is still the best design available to buy, but I would be looking to redesign the handle to eliminate the awkward handling. Small handlers beware.

It’s a shame, as for the price I would have expected much more care in the craftsmanship.
