No, just the key gimmick, but it looks great. Your audience can literally stand right next to you and right on top of the trick and won't suspect a thing.
Is there a limit to how many times you can perform this in a night? Or would it be “tiresome”?
The get ready is instant, no taxing setups between performances. You can drop the gimmick in a key purse and you're ready to go. And it looks exactly like the trailer video shows. My family, who are cynical since they've seen it all, were blown. Good trick.

It's not examinable but you can switch it out pretty easily and the tutorial covers several outs. Regarding the trailer, you could very easily put the gimmick in the spectator's hand and they won't suspecting anything. However, there's obviously more heat on the gimmick after the trick is performed.

Is the key "cut?" Or can it be cut, like, say, my house key?
It isn't cut, but to be frank I really don't think it matters. The key is so non-descript as it is that the attention isn't on the look of the key but the movement the key is making. You can get it cut regardless, and maybe I'm making an excuse, but the trick itself is the star of the show.
