Trick looks great. What you see in the video is what you get. There are however a LOT of slights and
moves you will need to learn and practice for this trick. Not that that's a bad thing, just not for
hobbyists or beginners like me. I buy tricks and perform them for family and friends and not often
enough to develop and maintain the skills needed for this to work. Not knocking the trick itself. I
hesitated buying this because I was worried about the handling, but it looked so good I got it
anyway. If you're good with handling, this will be good for you. It's just not easy to learn and
will sit in my drawer unused. (minus 1 star for each)
I understand where you are coming from. I was a strictly "friends and family" performer but I have picked up a lot of skill and confidence over time to where I can perform for more and more people.
I would encourage you to keep these gaffs in the back of your mind as you progress in magic -- you might find yourself pulling this out of the drawer in the future to spice up a trick you have mastered.
Also, Craig does a really good job of teaching the slights; even if you don't use these cards you can get a LOT of good solid moves from that first part of the video. A few of the tricks take only one or two of the easier slights, and the effects are worth a little time.
We were all beginners once, stick with it -- it's worth it!
