What you do is place this card on top of an opened deck. At this point the deck will look like a box of cards. Pick up the deck, either slide the top card off and push it onto the bottom or palm the top card off. It will look like you opened the box and got the cards out without actually doing it. Do not call attention to this, just do it and move on. The spectators who see it will be stunned.
