I was very excited to receive my expanded shell and had heard some good reviews about Roy Kuepper
coin gimmicks. However when I received my gimmick I was severely disappointed and will probably
never preform live with this gimmick.
Pros:
1. The gimmick nested really well and covered
almost the entire quarter underneath it.
2. The image on the quarter was not distorted!
Cons:
1. Even though the image was not distorted, the image didn't rise above the surface
very much. The coin looked very flat and had no depth.
2. When you hold the coin in the light it
has a weird shine to it. The coin has a brownish tint to it.
Due to these reasons, it is
very apparent that the coin is different which leads spectators to belive that it is a trick coin,
which is a problem because.....well, it is.
