This looks absolutely incredible from the over-the-shoulder point of view that you see in the trailer. From this vantage point, it is probably the most remarkable rubber band penetration effect I’ve ever seen. The problem is that this is an amazing point of view for a camera but a very odd vantage point for an audience. To be fair, he does show a way to do the effect for someone in front of you, but it requires some fairly unnatural contortions. I’m happy to have learned this, but I can’t imagine many scenarios where it will be practical to perform. Link King is much better in my humble opinion.
