As they say in the video you have to give precise directions to your participant. I actually just
show them what I want them to do. Which is two turns of the part of the cube they have grabbed.
Has to be or the trick will not work.
The first thing my wife said was WOW! Then she said
I'm not really doing anything am I? To which I played stupid. Given my wife sees me do stuff all
the time, for most people they will be dumbfounded.
As you can see even Craig Petty was
fooled. I'm not super into cube magic, I have HH Cube in Bottle, I have this trick, I have RD Insta
Lite and Venom Cube.
I keep thinking someone will make a self solving cube for 500
dollars using the same data built into cube solving apps. Press down on two certain blocks and let
it go. Maybe hang it by a string so there is no noise or flopping around on a table.
For
what this is and does you can definitely fool a lot of people and have a lot of fun. If you have
some deep thinkers though they might guess what is going on.
Sam has some crazy skills
with cubes and they go over other things on the video after explaining the main effect.
Thanks!
M.
Hi, I don't know how old this review is, but two things you mention that you'd like to see is a self solving cube, and it doesn't flop around on a table because it is hanging on a string.
Both exist (in one cube).
I'm fairly sure I saw it on YouTube. So do a search there for self solving rubies cube. I'm fairly sure you'll find I would look myself and send the link, but I'm too lazy.
I hope you find it.
