Wow! after a couple of days of getting comfortable with this device, I'm now using it!
I've been down many smoke machine rabbit holes, and every device has it's issues and/or trade
offs.
Advantages:
1) The USW is easy to wear and practical to have on you at all
times.
2) The battery stays charged and easily will let you get through an evening of
strolling or performing.
3) The amount of smoke produced is excellent for such a tiny
device.
4) The fan is very quiet. unless you're performing in a library or a monastery,
ordinary ambient room noise is more than sufficient to cover the noise.
Trade offs:
for
it's size it has very limited smoke juice capacity. I've learned how to get the right mount on
easily to produce 3- good performances... then you will need to re-juice the heating element...
Longevity?
this is a question. how long will this utility device live? Time will
tell. with normal use, hopefully a very long time. Miranda has been in the smoke machine business
for a long time, and I think it's a safe investment.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this
purchase. I'm getting good use and having lots of special magicazl moments!
