The book test does what you want by showing all the pages different, and then when the spectator
says stop they land on the page that you want to!
The book test is reusable for 50 performances
which is nice. Does as shows in ad copy!
Downside:
1) you have to apply an item that
isn’t a perfect fit to the book and doesn’t stand up to close scrutiny (though you might be able to
use an scalpel to trim, but extra work and not sure why they don’t fit perfectly to begin with)
2) the angles showing the pages aren’t 100% and need precise handling (limited showing of inside
of book)
3) you can’t use any knife but a very, very dull knife
That being said it’s a
fun book magic item! Just few times I’ve preformed as seasoned magician there’s are the problems
