If you have purchased Joseph B's Insomnia and Vittoria, you might be annoyed like me, they are nearly identical methods, so be advised if you don't want to buy the same secret twice. The teaching of subtleties and details is good on either video, but I don't like paying for the same thing again when I'm expecting to learn new principles not subtleties of presentation. I would say pick your favorite of these two, but don't buy both.
