Out of all the tossed out deck routines I own and have learned this is the best! I love the fact
that the deck is examined and shuffled by the spectators. Its definitely the most clean version of
the tossed out deck. David Regal has been a great role model to me as a magician and he is a great
teacher!
The one thing I wasn't 100 percent happy with was the examination process. In his
routine, David hands the deck to the spectator and says "make sure all the cards are different." and
then has them shuffle the deck. This is by far the cleanest T.O.D. However I don't like the
statement that the deck is examined. Most magicians would be able to figure the deck out. Also you
do need some audience management skills so that the spectator "examining" the deck doesn't reveal
the secret.
With that aside, this is a really great effect! If you are interested or
preform the tossed out deck, than this is for you!
